Rioja Heredad De Tejada, Tempranillio, Spain 2015

This Rioja from The Sonsierra has violet tones, red fruit and liquorice, typical of the tempranillo variety. It has a sweet attack to start followed by a nice acidity to finish.

Michele Chiarlo, Le Orme, Barbera d'Asti Superiore, Italy

Ruby red in colour with a fine elegant intensity and hints of red-berried fruit and cherry. Fruity and well structured taste. Barbera d'Asti remains Chiarlos greatest passion.

Domaine René Monnier, Bourgogne Pinot Noir, France

A rich, ripe berry-scented Pinot Noir from this Meursault estate. The wine is aged in barriques for up to 16 months, to add softness and complexity.


Zin Heaven, Zinfandel Blush Puglia

Calssic red berry and pink grapefruit aromas augmented by hints of black pepper and  wild herbs. In the mouth its delicate berry flavours have a refreshing citric edge and light peppers spice.

Louis Roederer, Cristal, France

Precise, seductive and delicious, Cristal 2005 has a ‘slender’ and almost ‘living’ freshness.lively, uninterrupted bubbles, with steady creamy flow. An intensely elegant, rich, ripe bouquet.a succession of white fruits, ripe and juicier yellow fruit and slightly sour citrus fruit. The quite typical chardonnay notes appear after a few minutes. The bouquet is striking: its has great aromatic freshness  but is already very open and mature.

Sacchetto Fill, Prosecco D.O.C, Italy

Bright pale straw-yellow with a fine, clear mousse and a very delicate perlage. Attractively intense, very fruity and aromatic, with hints of Wisteria flowers and Rennet apples. Very well balanced and appealing, with the extremely delicate almond note that is typical of Prosecco.

Pale pink with copper reflections. Typical strong fruity scent, nuances of white flowers such as acacia and wisteria are detectable. Full-bodied, smooth and balanced, dry and velvety.
