Step behind the scenes at The Ingham Swan. Here we'll share with you a taste of news behind the stove, on our farm and in our intimate restaurant.

After the fire here at The Ingham Swan, so many of you, have been in touch with such kind thoughts which is much appreciated by us all. We are 100% committed to re-building our future; re-building Norfolk’s Best Restaurant. Over the coming weeks and months, we’ll be working hard on re-imagining The Ingham Swan.  We are looking at a time-frame of 18 months to get The Ingham Swan up and running again, which we think is possible thanks to the team we have pulled together to work on the project. 


We plan to hit the ground running and build on our achievements – we have to see this as an opportunity for us to bring new techniques and technology into our kitchen, to elevate even further the culinary experience at The Ingham Swan and to deliver an outstanding dining experience to our customers. 


Meanwhile, we'd like to give a special mention and congratulations to our Head Chef, Alex Clare, on his Norfolk Chef Of The Year Award which he received the very same day of the fire at The Norfolk Food & Drink Awards.  A difficult night for us all but a much-deserved Award for Alex which helped to boost the spirits of the whole team. 
We're currently working with the team from The Ingham Swan to re-deploy them across our other two brands - The Wildebeest and Warwick St Social.  Looking after our people is incredibly important to us. We’re fully focused on the future – and we want you to come with us every step of the way.  We will be posting regular updates on our Facebook page so please follow us as we rebuild The Ingham Swan.
