As time goes by...

This old postcard came to our attention some time ago when it was shared with us via Facebook.  Following the recent restoration and refurbishment following the devastating fire at The Ingham Swan in September 2017, it’s quite strange to see how it looked nearly 30 years ago – things have certainly changed around here since then!

The left-hand images reflect a time when The Swan was a village pub and this area is now our Restaurant, looking rather different but we hope we’ve retained that cosy low-beamed feel of the building while adding our own unique touches.

The old Stable Building too looks pretty much unchanged from the outside but now houses our 4* AA rated en-suite rooms, also refurbished following the fire and with all the luxury touches you could want for a relaxing overnight stay after you’ve dined with us in the Restaurant and tried a bottle – or two – from our extensive Wine List.
