We are proud to offer over 200 wines, including biodynamic/organic options, showcasing creativity, provenance, and sustainability. Staying ahead of the curve is vital to us, which is why our team eagerly participates in pre-release wine tastings, sampling wines straight from the barrel. This ensures we bring you exciting, innovative choices that celebrate the very best of the wine world.
We bring this passion and knowledge into the restaurant, where every member of our team is well-versed in the nuances of the list and ready to share their expertise.
We are also privileged to work with an intentionally small group of trusted wine merchants, some of whom have been our partners and friends for over 15 years.
