Stay & Dine - The Full Experience
Our diners really rate our Taster Menu - it’s often considered as the signature dining experience. Given this, we the Taster Menu is included in ALL our STAY & DINE rates so when you book a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast stay (shown online as Taster Stay & Dine/Half Board), your booking automatically includes our 7-Course Taster Menu. Bed & Breakfast rates also available and dining can be booked separately as needed if you’d prefer not to have the Taster Menu.

When can I Stay & Dine?
Stay & Dine is available 7 days a week although any promotional deals we may have running like our Spring into Summer rate normally exclude Saturday nights. Please check the published deal for specific terms.
How do I book?

What time is my dinner reservation?
When you book a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Rate you are automatically allocated a dinner reservation, the timing of which is usually around 7.30 to 8pm for the Stay & Dine Taster Experience, however this is subject to change, especially if the booking was made last minute. If you would like to change to a different time and discuss available slots please give us a call.
Can I see a menu?
We offer a sample Taster Menu which is updated with the seasons. There might be some dishes and ingredients that differ on the night and we cannot guarantee certain dishes will be available. For any dietary requirements please let us know before you dine with us. Our Taster Menu can be adapted to meet your needs.
