A STAR IN THE EAST

The winners have recently been announced in the recent 2019 Observer Food Monthly Best Restaurant Awards; where readers were asked to vote for their favourite restaurants – from Steaks and Seafood in Belfast to authentic Vietnamese in North London.   The national winner was the Oystermen Seafood Bar & Kitchen in Covent Garden, London. 

 The Ingham Swan made the list too and we’re delighted to have been one of 3 runners up in the East of England as Awards organisers commented “a long-time favourite in this category, chef-proprietor Daniel Smith reopened the Swan in March after a huge fire in 2017.  Skilfully cooked Norfolk produce (Kings Lynn brown shrimp, Cromer Crab, Tacons Asparagus).  Don’t miss Smith’s take on a peach melba, as seen on BBC’s Great British Menu and served with a peach foam bellini”
